By registering for or using Swayamwar4U ("the Platform"), operated by Swayamwar Marriage & Counselling Bureau, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is intended for individuals of legal marriageable age under applicable Indian law who are genuinely seeking a matrimonial match, or for their immediate family members registering on their behalf with consent. Profiles found to misrepresent age, marital status, or intent may be suspended.

Access to full profile views, chat requests and other features depends on the membership plan (Normal or Elite) chosen at registration or upgrade, as described on our Memberships page. Fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable to another member.

We reserve the right to change membership pricing and features for new registrations at any time; existing active memberships continue on the terms in effect when purchased.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and photographs on your profile. You agree not to post false, misleading, offensive or defamatory content, and not to use the Platform for any commercial, unlawful, or harassing purpose.

We may verify, edit, or remove profile content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

Membership fees and any add-on purchases (such as additional profile views) are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.

Swayamwar4U facilitates introductions and provides matchmaking assistance but does not guarantee that any member will find a suitable match. Members are solely responsible for their decisions and interactions with other members, including any in-person meetings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swayamwar4U and Swayamwar Marriage & Counselling Bureau are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with other members.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
